Where is my order it’s been 2 weeks shows it still hasn’t shipped yet?
Thanks for your order, Andrew. We’re really sorry to hear that your book hasn’t arrived yet, and we completely understand how frustrating shipping delays can be.
We can see that your order was placed on December 21 and fulfilled on December 23. Based on Canada Post timelines for lettermail, the expected delivery window is December 30, 2025 to January 8, 2026. Once an order is handed over to Canada Post, delivery timing is unfortunately outside of our control. Tracking is available through Priority Post, though this option was not selected at checkout and the book was shipped via lettermail.
If your copy hasn’t arrived by Thursday, please reach out to us at info@rockytales.com and we’ll happily send out another copy right away. We’re a small team based in Cochrane, and had we heard from you directly, we would have done everything possible to resolve this sooner, including arranging a local delivery within Calgary.
Once your book arrives, we truly hope you and your family love it. If you feel inclined, we’d really appreciate you reconsidering your review to reflect the product itself.
